How to show an alert in SwiftUI?

iOS 15 makes the alert presentation a piece of cake. You can show an alert using the alert() modifier. Buttons inside the alert will dismiss the alert view when it is tapped. You can create multiple buttons inside an alert. If you don’t have any .cancel button, it will be added automatically at the end. You can also create .destructive button as the alert view button is a regular SwiftUI button.

struct ContentView: View {
    @State private var isAlertVisible = false

    var body: some View {
        Button("Signout") {
            isAlertVisible = true
        }
        .alert("Your data will be deleted!", isPresented: $isAlertVisible) {
             Button("Ok") { }
        }
    }
}

Multiple buttons with the role:

struct ContentView: View {
    @State private var isAlertVisible = false

    var body: some View {
        Button("Signout") {
            isAlertVisible = true
        }
        .alert("Do you want to sign out?", isPresented: $isAlertVisible) {
            Button("Yes") { }
            Button("Don't ask this again") { }
            Button("Cancel", role: .cancel) { }
        }
    }
}
